The Lincoln Community Playhouse presents THE THREE LITTLE PIGS OUT WEST beginning Friday, March 12, at 7:00 pm. Shows continue March 13-14 and 18-21. Curtain time for Thursday and Friday is at 7:00 pm, with Saturdays at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm and Sundays at 2:00 pm.
THE THREE LITTLE PIGS OUT WEST tells a musical tale about the famed pigs taking a vacation to Baby Bear’s Dude Ranch. The Big Bad Wolf and Cuz Wolf are in hot pursuit and ultimately challenge the pigs to a huffin’ and puffin’ showdown.
Ticket prices for THE THREE LITTLE PIGS OUT WEST are $15. Call the box office to make reservations, 489-7529. The box office is open from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday; 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM on performance weekdays; and two hours before show time until final curtain on performance Saturdays and Sundays. There are two special performances scheduled for THE THREE LITTLE PIGS OUT WEST. The Saturday, March 13th 7:00 performance is a Boys and Girls Club benefit show. People can bring in three or more items needed by the Boys and Girls Club (list available at www.lincolnplayhouse.com or at the box office) for each play ticket. The Saturday, March 20th 7:00 pm performance is Exceptional Family Night. While all are invited, folks with exceptional family members are especially encouraged to attend this performance. Exceptional families are those with a family member with a physical, emotional, developmental, or intellectual disorder requiring specialized services. Tickets are $5.00 for the Exceptional Family night.
THE THREE LITTLE PIGS OUT WEST has lyrics and book by R. Eugene Jackson and music by David Ellis. The Lincoln Community Playhouse cast includes Sadie Fisher, Meredith Enersen, Keelin Geery-Zink, Will Sleddens, Kathleen Cookston, Alex Wooten, Willow Lessman, Kati Anne Johnston, Abby Stine, Bailey Ahlberg, Emma Brown, Cooper Creal, Drew Ahlberg, Julia Messineo and Sophia Messineo. Director is Morrie Enders with Lisa Steiner as Music Director, Karen Freimund Wills as Choreographer, Dustin Hayes as Stage Manager, Alex Allison as Scenic Designer, Alyssa Fiala as Costume Designer, Mark Mesarch as Lighting Designer, Kyle T. Lorenz as Technical Director and Danny Firestone as Scenic Painter.
